Get Off The Treadmill For A Moment!

Is it time for you to get off the treadmill? I think it’s time you did. Even if it’s for a moment, and take a break.

Every year I get all excited when the first sunshine whispers promises of greatness and possibilities. Sure, the journey might get rusty, but I know it won’t last long as long as I don’t give up on my dreams.

When it comes to dreams, there is no such thing as, “too much.” But you see, many of us in the quest to have our dreams come true have forgotten what it feels like to take a break.

We often feel taking a break from our pursuits will make us feel less productive. Daily we live our lives off the treadmill. Many of us are living at a faster pace than any mortal who has ever lived. We are moving but not progressing.

The media isn’t helping either. They tell us, we need gadgets to save time, but as soon as we salvage some time, we set on the treadmill again to accomplish more.

Few pointers to note:
* Are you busy yet unproductive?
* Are you stressed out and irritated without reasons?
*Are you mentally unstable, with chronic body pains?

If you are in this category and on the treadmill, it’s time to jump off and take a break.

Get off that mill that’s racing you to nowhere and become more purposeful and intentional with your life.

You are destined for greatness this week and beyond.

You will be glad you did ?
