Wisdom.

Hello everyone.
My reflection for today is, “invest in people’s lives”. One serious problem I have come to see under the sun is that people have grown complacent of their fellow human being. We’ve gradually lost faith in each other. We find it more convenient investing in material things than in human beings, thereby reducing and devaluing our human essence.

You see, those who love money will never have enough and those who heard resources or their wealth will always run into problems that will consume their resources. How convenient it is for us today to plan elaborate burial ceremony than investing in the person when they are alive. This seems to be the order of the day, here in Africa and in most part of the world.

How meaningless it is for us to think that wealths brings true happiness. The more you have, the more people come to help you spend it. So, what good is wealth, if you can’t invest in people? It’s profitable to make wise investments, but who will manage those investments if not people? People who work hard sleep well, whether they eat little or much. But the fish seldom get a good night’s sleep.

It’s fruitless to put your money into sky investments that will turn sour, and everything will be lost. In the end, there is nothing left to pass on to one’s children. We will all come to the end of our lives as naked and empty-handed as on the day we were born. We can’t take our riches with us when we are called home, what would truly count are the footprints we’ve left behind and if there would be anyone left to walk in them.

We’ve got to leave people better off than when we met them. We’ve got to leave this world better off than when we came into it. Quit allowing your hard work to be for nothing by living under a cloud- frustrated, discouraged, and angry.
I have come to understand that it is a good thing to receive wealth from God and the good health to enjoy it. To be able to enjoy your work and accept your lot in life is indeed a gift from God. God keeps such people so busy enjoying life that they take no time to brood over the past.

Today, I encourage you to start investing in people and trust God for wisdom to manage your wealth and the good health to enjoy it.

Good morning everyone. Love you guys.

Blessings and Love.
