Clothing is a language of its own. The adage that says, “You will be addressed by the way you dress,” still lives on. Dressing according to our personal ethics means taking priority over the way we dress, and that’s not always easy. It’s not always easy to dress the part, yet it’s not impossible. Live and wear clothes that support your values.

It may seem superficial, but it’s not.

The clothes you wear say a lot about who you are. When you identify your values, it becomes easy to dress to support them. Value conflicts occur now and then, yet we shouldn’t allow them to confuse our dress sense.

What does your clothing say about you? Do you like the message you’re sending out via your dressing? Is the message you’re sending out consistent with who you are or who you’re meant to be??

When I transitioned fully from being an Executive Assistant to an MD to becoming a Life & Mental Health Coach, I completely changed my wardrobe. I opted for more ease and fun-looking wear. I needed to spread happiness and positivity via my dressing.

I didn’t want to come off as too professional and strict ?. I mean, life is hard, and I didn’t want to overwhelm my clients the more with my serious outfits.

It takes creativity to know how to dress relaxed yet professional at the same time. Start dressing the way that not only feels good to you but sends the right message out about who you are and what you represent.

There’s nothing more authentic than living and dressing your values. Isn’t it?

Blessings and Love ❤️
