Now fear isn’t something anyone is comfortable admitting to, yet we live in harmony with it. Partly because fear is a survival tool that is rooted in the human brain and develops both consciously and unconsciously. This is the reason most people share common fears like a fear of death, the dark, or even failure.

I don’t think I will stop writing about the need to let go of one’s fears. As a life coach, one thing I have found predominantly constant in both my clients and in humans is fear. It is the hallmark of many disorders in our world today. It leaves its victims with anxieties and unending panic attacks.

Making a decision that there’s a point where you need to stop exchanging the joy and blessings of life for realistic and unrealistic fears, is important.

Leaving in fear can cause physical harm to your body and your brain. Below are 3 reasons why you must never come into an agreement with fear.

. Your Life Will Fall Apart

Yes, most often, when our lives seem to fall apart, it ends up falling in place, but not when fear is involved. The meaning we attribute to fear affects us more than we realize. When it seems your life is falling apart, your attitude to fear plays a major role in your response.

Fear cripples your mind and sets you off on a journey that has no road back. There’s nothing good about fear. We must make room for courage and strength in our lives. This begins when we conquer our fears. Challenge your darkest moments, let go of that which no longer allows you to fulfill your purpose. If your beliefs are out fashioned, release them. By so doing you release your fears.

Fears
Let go of your biases. They are the reason why most of your fears are unrealistic.

. Fear Is Unrealistic

Some fears are realistic. Fears like illness, diseases, hunger, and death. But most times, the fear that grips us is fear of the unknown. Fear of the unknown is unrealistic. It is true that one can’t change his or her destiny but can manipulate it. But leaving in the fear will keep you out of your destiny completely.

Dealing with unrealistic fears is important. It can stop you from living your life to the fullest, and achieving greater heights. Dealing with this kind of fear is hard, but I encourage you to make a list of all your fears. Find out why they scare you. This is the most important step to overcoming all irrational fears you may have.

Let go of your biases. They are the reason why most of your fears are unrealistic. Be open to fresh perspectives. If you can’t tolerate your fears, never rate them rationally.

. Fear Is The Absolute Worst

How sad is that?

Of all the worst things you can get yourself involved in, fear is the absolute worst. It has all shades of wrong. No matter how you look at it, it never changes how it looks. Fear isn’t a race anyone can win. If you’re in doubt, try it. You will keep running, but with chains and in a circle.

The best advice is to face and challenge your fears. But while you’re at it, knowledge and honor where your fears have hurt and bruised you. Search for the good in your pains, and become wise when your life starts to take a new turn.

Do not come into agreement with your fears. Activate your faith. Live in victory. Speak the promises of God over your life. And expect great things to come your way.

You do have a choice over your fears. It’s important to know that you are never defeated until defeat has been accepted as your reality.
Start exercising monumental faith and stop living in fears today!

Many Blessings ?
