Greed

Greed and selfishness have become the hallmark of many lives.
As human beings, we’ve all got an insatiable desire for more. Yet, left unchecked, our insatiable desire would destroy our sense of reasoning and well being.

Life is full of surprises. Our lingering sense of satisfaction shouldn’t come from the many luxuries we have. Godliness with contentment is great gain.

Without a doubt, greed has always had a mixed press; it’s considered by economists as the engine of economic growth and human progress, and to others, it’s the cause of many distress and mayhem in the world.

Sadly, our culture and society continues to place a huge significance on materialism, and, by extension, promote greed.

If you’re obsessed with greed; wanting more, then it’s time to go on a self-recovery journey; search out the reasons for your pursuit for more wealth, how to move from egoistic pursuits to more altruistic ones.

We can only have so much when we learn to empathic and give to other people. Stop shoving all you’ve got into your mouth; you’ll end up choking.

Blessings and Love
