Loyalty is a crucial element of any business and relationship. Loyalty is everything in our world today.
When trust breaks, it becomes almost impossible to be loyal. What happens when trust is not broken, and yet we are comfortable being disloyal?

Are we truly doing enough to build more loyalty in our work and life?

Loyalty is all about being committed and dedicated to another. It is allowing respect and trust to flourish in all our dealings with them. Allegiance is also an extension of integrity. When we are loyal, we are considered men or women with integrity.

When we do not stay in touch with loyal value-added people, we fail to grow nor grow the personal relationships we desire and deserve.

Here’s where it gets tangled:
We all consider loyalty as a virtue yet do not apply it easily when push comes to shove. Many are clueless as to what it means to be loyal. Friendships and relationships get betrayed over trivial issues.

It’s not weird to discover that many people are not consciously ethical in our society today. Anything goes and works for them. If you’re in this category of people, being practical and rational when it comes to loyalty will be difficult.

Not only is it shallow and boring to be disloyal, but let’s also consider it socially unacceptable.

One day can change everything. Endeavour to be kind, good, and loyal to people. Even when no one is watching. God sees us all and the motives of our hearts.
