In life’s difficult moments, you may feel as though you’re never going to get over the circumstances you find yourself in. You may look at the future as bleak and grim and think that all hope is lost. It’s okay to make mistakes, you’re made with everything you do. But, you have to remember just how strong you are and how far you’ve come. You must have it at the back of your mind, that you will get through the difficult situation you find yourself in.

Don’t be ashamed of the scars you get in life. They are proof of your inner strength. It shows you’ve lived your life fully; how you picked yourself up when you fell, how you refused to give up, handled defeat & storms. How you rose above it all. That’s what matters in the end! ‬

No matter how hard it may seem, you should keep an optimistic outlook and take to heart that you’re capable of amazing things. Dealing with difficult situation can take a large emotional toll on us and our mental, physical health. This type of emotional turmoil can feel unrelenting, especially when we feel we are stuck with what’s happening around us. While you think all hope is lost, you have to remember that hating yourself and blaming God isn’t an option. There’s always a silver lining behind every dark cloud. What’s happening in your life presently may not be good to you, but how you handle your emotions are crucial parts of the process of coming out of it victoriously.

As you begin to make plans on how to live fully this 2020, never forget how strong you and how far you’ve come. You can be anything you set my mind on to be. Your tongue can be your greatest asset or biggest liability. The choice is yours. It has only 8 muscles, but it can make or break you, creating problems with your words. Constantly ask the Almighty to help you control it & guide its usage. Make it work for you, not against you! ‬

Happy New Year 2020 ❤️
