You’re no stranger to pain, brace yourself up. No doubt it’ll change you. But how it affects you is up to you. Some get really upset, bitter with life. Some take it in their stride; try their best to cope. Some smile & breeze through it! Let your pain have a good purpose. Let it make you better & stronger!‬ It is easy to be thankful for the good things. But a life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are also thankful for the setbacks.

Gratitude turns negatives into positives.

Engage in self-reflection often, especially if you live in the societies we are in today. We can easily become so disconnected from reality due to the constant ‘online’ culture where we think we know so much about others, we comment, mock, judge etc. We’ve got to learn to look at our own shortcomings first!

With humans, you seldom get second chances. Once you’ve messed up, you’re labelled a failure, a jerk, a weirdo, you get written off. For serious self-diagnosis to happen, we need honesty, faith and hope. Don’t make excuses for our shortcoming, admit our flaws. We have to accept that we are human and we falter; stop putting undue pressure on others to be perfect or to be like you? The shoe won’t fit, if its not their size!

Choosing to forgive another of their sins isn’t something that happens automatically, it’s a process and it gets easier with the help of the Holy Spirit. Becoming indifferent to one’s sins is fatally dangerous. Not only will it accumulate, hearts will harden in the process and true repentance becomes a farce.

Whatever it is you’re going through, remember you don’t have all the answers to your trials. The Almighty does. Your job is to preserve the best way you can. Let Him handle the rest. With the Almighty, it’s completely different. You’ll be given a second, third, fourth chance etc. He’ll always throw you a lifeline. Call on Him and He will lift you out of your misery. ‬He loves you beyond your pain or circumstances.

Blessings and Love ?❤️?
