You see, the twist of Life is always unexpected. It’s just another one of those things I don’t understand fully: everyone impresses upon you how unique you are, encouraging you to cultivate your individuality while at the same time trying to squish you and everyone else into the same ridiculous mould. It’s an artist’s right to rebel against the world’s stupidity.
People are born and death is inevitable ……We are unable to give respect to our own parents but show pity to old people on Facebook and social media, on the streets, in the mall, at the office, in the church. Soldiers are protecting us at border but politicians and even our own citizen eating their country from inside for their own greed
Girls, women are talking about feminism and equality( I strongly support that anyway) but don’t want to wear helmet while driving or biking. We are always talking about the filthy and unhygienic condition of our country but never think twice before throwing wrappers and dirt in the open. Daniel sleep for 4 hours a day and Danielle spends the same amount of time in criticizing him………We want a son not a daughter (typical African Man), but then we want a daughter in law instead of son in law , why???
Now, Talk about equality, we still ask for caste, religion, tribe, financial status, class, before marriages ……. Want a government job , want a big house , but don’t want to work for the government especially if our needs are not met. We want to earn lots of money to spend on treatments at big hospitals due to stress rather than invest in the house of God simply because we have chosen different path and believe. Want a loyal friend but don’t want to be one.
“Life has many twist indeed”…..
