There are no limits with God. We serve a God that has no rivals, no contenders, His words are yeah and amen. He has never lied to anyone and he won’t start now. He created all things but He has never been limited by his creation. Creation, existing within the limits of time and space, cannot rival Him, how much more being able to articulate the splendors of a limitless God.
God is not limited by space, time, motions, knowledge nor powers Jeremiah 23:23-24. As humans, we are limited by space because we can only be at a particular place on a particular time. Because we are limited as humans,we find ourselves equating God the same way. The problem with this is that we get really frustrated and disappointed when things don’t work out the way we expect them to with God.  In as much as we try to pretend and act like we are immune to pain and disappointments, we need to realise that there is a limit to how much we can take in or give out and of course this is not same with God. We all have a breaking point, the point where we say No to even the things that means the world to us. At this point, we are emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, drained. The needs and desires around us leaves us drained, consumed and overwhelmed. All these reminds us of how limited we are and how much of God we really need.

The nature of God makes him present everywhere but because we are so limited in virtually everything, we fail to see him around. We beg, plead, shout even in our prayers for him to come forgetting He’s already there” because He’s spirit. As believers, we are all quilty of this. We assume God is here today and travels the next day and so we need to search for him. The scripture admonishes us in Deuteronomy 31:6 (KJV)  Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
We need to be confident and believe that God is always present with us. We may not feel his presence or hear him speak but then he’s always there. This knowledge can either bring you comfort or grieve. If you are seeking for his presence then its a blessed assurance, but if you’re angry and running away from God then it brings you grieve. We can not talk about God behind his back like he can not hear us because he’s not human and he’s not dead. I recently saw a movie “God’s Not Dead 1 & 2″ and i recommend every one to go see the movie. It’s the perfect reminder that God is ever near and ever alive.

For we do not have a high priest who do not sympathize with our weaknesses. It doesn’t matter what you’ve done or how much you think you have failed him or yourself, all you need to do is acknowledge him and trust him for everything. You have no idea what he does when you haven’t asked how much more when you ask!   For everything we think on, whisper, dream of, he hears and see them all.

Ask the Lord to take the limits off and you will discover how close you are than you can ever imagine. When God is in it, there is definitely no limits.
