How do you see yourself? 🤔
Having a wrong #mindset about one’s self is not only unhealthy but ungratifying. The need to #develop the right mindset can never be overemphasized. Get a new mindset today and start seeing new results.

Our mindset is a strong and positive tool that is vital for developing and maintaining healthy self-esteem. Whether we choose to believe it or not, it is a prerequisite that shapes the conversation we have with ourselves and reinforces our attitudes and personalities.

Self-hatred, self-rejection, and all related ill thoughts are all components of wrong mindsets that affect us daily. Most of the problems we face stem from the way we feel about ourselves.

Our mistakes remind us that we are not good enough. Shame and reproach poison our minds. And deep inside we struggle with our identity. We measure ourselves through the lens of our errors. Having a mindset like this brings nothing but toil and troubles. It controls the way we talk to ourselves in the privacy of our heads.

Over and over I hear clients, friends, and acquaintances lament over their past and how it’s defining their future. It’s an uphill task when you listen to people talk down on themselves but we mustn’t write them off. Such people need our love and supports.

You can develop the right mindset by:-
* Make self-development a priority daily
* Be your own best friend
* Create and develop new habits
* Love and appreciate the little and big things around you
* Drop every form of jealousy, envy and compare yourself with others
* Take account of your thoughts
* Be real to your circumstances but choose to be positive
* Learn to do things God’s way.

We are all products of our thoughts and so, when it comes to that limiting voice in your head, feel free to be as sassy as you like in response. Choose to be more than the limiting voices in your head. Let every thought you process in your beautiful head reflect your beliefs in personal growth.

If the mindset you have about yourself is distorted, it will certainly affect how you see yourself and the people around you. A car with a flat tire can’t go far so also if our mindset is broken or distorted, success eludes us.
If you don’t like the script, don’t act it out. Change it! Develop a growth mindset, for beneath that lies the real you.

Do you want to see your new results? Develop a new mindset.
