Don’t Let Closure Keep You From Closing That Chapter

Contrary to popular belief, it has become more popular to be popular than to ethical, brave, and kind.
We tend to have forgotten the values that our culture once knew. Whatever happens, choose ethics over-popularity.
We’ve neglected what it means to stand for something bigger than our lives and egos.

Ethics can be referred to in all aspects of business and life, from human resources to customer service. Being ethical shouldn’t be optional in any business world. It enables you to conform to every moral standard required. Dealing with customers or clients requires you to be ethical.

Are you seeking out ways to be ethical?
Here are a few guidelines:

. Be objective. Do not always see things only from your perspective.

. Lead by example. Make sure you are setting good examples with ethical conduct.

. Do not turn a blind eye to improper and immoral conduct.

. Be involved in things that matter all the way.

. Life is irregular, so expect to work with unethical people, as people would always have different morals and standards.

. Learn to communicate effectively at all times and maintain open communications.

. Walk your talks. Your language, actions, and lifestyle should speak ethics.

. Do not be too hard on yourself. Keep your values and be happy with your achievements no matter how little they are.

Many are driven by misplaced priorities, focus on mundane things. The world has fast become a messy place, and #kindness is overrated. People value things more than they appreciate their relationships.

We seem more interested in stroking our ego than in much richer pursuits of reaching our goals with our values intact. Kindness or being ethical isn’t strenuous.
I consider it the sunlight that pours through the stained glass windows of our lives to other people.

When asked what went wrong? We are quick to blame outer forces for the resistance to mastery we depict in our lives versus our inner fears and weakest beliefs.
No one can make you someone else without your permission. What you permit stays, and what you feed grows.

What have you been permitting? Have you been feeding your ego more than humanity? Do you choose ethics over popularity?

My deepest hope is that we all find fulfillment in upholding our values completely unchaining our true potentials and convictions.
