I am a woman of my word. I learned the importance of commitment and communication when I became a life coach. Candid communications is prerequisite for any success in life. It’s a hack that everyone should know and embrace.

Being in #communications for several years, I’ve learned that when we find ourselves in topsy-turvy times, we have the natural tendency to hold back on the truth, speak in vague generalities that don’t mean anything but preserve the status quo, and essentially, we tend to talk in ways that are designed to protect the turf.

The problem with communicating like that is that it breeds mistrust. Learning to deliver the naked truth with respect, promotes trust and respect for you.

Communicating boldly is rare nowadays.

Any organization that has a culture where people are afraid to speak honestly and boldly, will end up being filled with people who live in illusion and fantasy.

Communicating impeccably to people, teammates, stakeholders or your suppliers is prerequisite to any success or growth we may desire as individuals and as organizations.
